Palate Club uses a profile matching system. It failed. In an epic manner.

I suspended my next shipment. When asked why, I explained the issues expressed in the last Twitter post. The site says it has a money-back guarantee. I’m still waiting for someone from the company to notice that their system failed and I have suspended further deliveries.
I suppose I need to make a final post about that.
