The U.S. House Subcommittee on Courts and Competition Policy will hear testimony beginning at 10 a.m. PDT on the wholesalers’ new method to abolish direct shipping by legislatively prohibiting Commerce Clause challenges.

He has served on the faculties at UCLA and Cornell University, founded four companies including two technology firms, a wine company and a magazine, and been a top aide to a U.S. Senator and a state governor.
