Sullivan Vineyards cannot be managed out of bankruptcy and should be sold in an orderly manner according to the court-appointed trustee Timothy Hoffman who says he has retained "Napa Valley's best" wine broker.

The Sullivan family has disagreed with that conclusion and has filed a fourth Chapter 11 plan and disclosure statement.
