Specifics of the Peju Province-Acacia deal: Price, financing, asset description and maps
Peju Province Winery, LP paid $[premium content] million for the former Acacia Winery and [premium content] acres of land according to Napa County records.
Slightly less than half of the property is planted to vineyards. The winery is part of the winery portfolio which Treasury Wine Estates did not want to retain after its 2015 acquisition of Diageo. Peju did not buy the brand.
