NEWS FETCH PLAYLIST:

While creating this issue, I liked this song best: Fire and Rain By James Taylor - Dedicated to this week's California weather.

TODAY'S FEATURED WINE

Sotelo Wines: Petit Verdot: Napa Valley: : 2010: United States

First tasted this in September of 2013. Had again last Friday. Still full of black pepper,, cedar and violets and all exquisitely well balanced with the perfect partnership of tannin. 60 cases made. $50/bottle and worth every sip.

REVIEW POLICY:

For winery tasting samples, gifts from friends or family or samplings at a party or event, review it truthfully, but only if I like it. If I have paid my own very-hard-earned money on a bottle, the gloves are off and it gets what it deserves ... whether perfect or puerile.
