The real deal.
Intense apricots and pears, hints of citrus and, a soft frizzante that makes it light and refreshing along with a steely acidic backbone that tames the sweetness and prevents it from being cloying.
This was with dessert and the fifth wine (one for each day of this week) that Megan and I totally enjoyed for our 33rd wedding anniversary.
Kudos to Della Santina's for hitting five straight home runs! $16 at
Enoteca Della Santina (next door to the restaurant).
