TODAY'S FEATURED WINE

As always, SavvyTaste.Com has my full description and opinion of this wine: Bray Vineyards: Red Blend: Shenandoah Valley - California: : 2009: United States

Raining outside, so I decided to select a random section of my library. But, given Putin's Ukrainian exploits, my subconscious must have directed me here.

This is is a neat wine that could probably survive Crimean warfare a lot beter than Light Brigade. This blend of 44% Grenache, 22% Syrah, 22%Petite Sirah and 12% Sangiovese is bright with cinnamon and cherries with faint citrus and cedar tang.

That was three days ago. And tonight, the wine had mellowed a bit but was still going strong. Yeah!

Maybe I should question why "Tres Viñas" has quatro viñas in the bottle?
