NEWS FETCH'S FAVORITE SONG TODAY:
While creating this issue, I liked this song best: You Dream I'll Drive By Little River Band.
TODAY'S FEATURED WINE
As always, SavvyTaste.Com has my full description and opinion of this wine: Lambert Bridge: Petit Verdot: Sonoma County-California: : 2010: United States
Spicy, yummy, intense.
A CALL FOR TASTING SAMPLES:
I prefer red over white, big versus wimpy, but regardless of color, something different than the usual Cab/Pinot/Merlot/Chard/SB ...
That includes (but is not limited to): Tempranillo, Mourvedre, Malbec, Bonarda, Grenache, Syrah, Petit Sirah, Petit Verdot ...
... GSM, GMS, SMG (not SubMachine Gun ... this is Calif, dude/dudette! If you have one of those SMGs to send, I'll forward a Nevada address and use it in my next global conspiracy, high-body count thriller.)
Also ... weird Turkish or Portugese grapes I can't spell (and my keyboard has no characters for), Zins, odd Italian or Moldovan varietals ... that sort of thing, etc.
Single varietal or blends okay. Not looking for expensive wines. Under $50, max and under $30 preferred.
Review policy: If I like it, I review it. Otherwise, not.
I reserve my snidest comments for plonk I have spent my own hard-owned money on while being suckered at retail (just like the average consumer).
My address is at the very bottom of this email (as usual).
