TODAY'S FEATURED WINE

NOTE: You can get a night-before preview of the featured wines on Instagram or this Facebook Author page.

As always, SavvyTaste.Com has my full description and opinion of this wine: D'Arenberg: Grenache: Australia McLaren Vale: : 2009: Australia

Deep intense raspberries, black plums and black cherries embedded in tannins that make seat belts mandatory in every sip's hairpin curves. Not the biggest, fastest, whacking-est Aussie Grenache I've ever had, but this one has its own memorable four-wheel slide around the corners. Finally, a screw top wine good enough to serve to guests.
