Comments: A sweet .. but not too sweet red wine ... hints of cinnamon and madeira ... and one answer to "what pairs with Chinese Food?" Too much sugar for my personal taste, but I've tucked it the fridge because it may just be perfect chilled or with an ice cube in it.
